Given on 11 September 2021

Whereas many existing social media systems have been designed for addictiveness, the paper proposes a means to recover awareness by cognitive prompts, using at strategic points thinking routines.

Presented at the ninth annual conference of the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues.  A post on this site includes slides and a brief summary. Download paper (Academia).
